Shipping policy

All Giftomize pieces are made to order in Auckland and sent with NZ Post. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Making your order

Each item is embroidered or printed after you order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to make and dispatch your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, NZ Post delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. All together, most orders arrive 6–8 business days after you order. You'll see an estimated delivery date on each product page before you buy. Rural and some South Island addresses may take 1–2 extra days. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Ordering a gift for a special date?

Please allow up to 10 business days from order to delivery to be safe. During busy periods such as Christmas, production and NZ Post delivery can take longer, so we recommend ordering early. Have a tight deadline? Message us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-sending costs will apply.
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, let us know and we'll follow up with NZ Post for you.
