These terms apply when you use giftomize.nz or buy from Giftomize, an online store based in Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. Giftomize never sees or stores your card details.

Personalised items

Please check spelling, dates, sizes and colours carefully before ordering. Personalised items are made exactly as entered at checkout.
Once production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change something.
Please don't order personalisation that includes content you don't have the right to use (for example, trademarked logos) or that is offensive. We may decline these orders and refund you.

Product details

We do our best to show colours and details accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and because each item is embroidered or printed by hand, small variations in placement are normal.
